Detailed lobule by lobule coiling of a small ACOM aneurysm in a case with multiple aneurysms. A delicate catheterization of the distal lobule and coiling followed by catheterization of the proximal lobule and coiling it in an aneurysm which is less than 3.0 mm in size.
